  • Christie Millinery delivers nationwide with Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping is included in the cost of your purchase.

  • Shipping time is estimated at 3-4 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional and remote areas, not including weekends or public holidays.

  • Please supply your best daytime address for shipping as Australia Post requires a signature on delivery.

  • Please email sales@christiemillinery.com for your tracking number or for express post options

  • Christie Millinery is not responsible for import fees or international taxes as a result of your purchase

RETURNS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the headwear you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. The items must be received in original condition – unworn, with all tags still attached.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Christie Millinery staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Please allow for subtle design differences as this is a handmade product. 

As each headpiece is made-to-order exclusively for the purchaser, we do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
